The parcel in customs

Nothing we make leaves the state. No tracking number to chase, no broker to telephone at nine at night, and no couple asking you where their gifts have gone.

The count that moved on a Tuesday

Final numbers ten days out. Extras are made, anything unused comes back to us, and nobody pays for freight in a hurry.

The suitcase of loose totes

Ours arrive finished, three days ahead, at the front desk with a signed receipt. Nobody is folding cards in a hotel room the night before.

The twelve-bag wedding

Twelve bags is a real order to us and it is where we start. You never have to tell a small wedding it is not worth a supplier’s time.
